Meet Molly

Hello everyone! 

My name is Molly and I am the founder of Speak More With Me. I am a proud aunt to 5 of my favorite little humans, a cat mom to two michis, an English teacher and also the proud owner of Speak More! 

When I am not doing SMWM projects you  will find me in the company of my amazing friends, napping while it rains, on facetime with my family, or procrastinating doing exercise. 

I am from Georgia in the United States. I studied Social Work at the University of Georgia, and later received my Masters of Arts in Teaching. This combination has given me the tools to learn how to work with people in many ways - both inside and outside of the classroom. 

My journey to living in Costa Rica and starting this language program started back in 2015 when I first moved to Costa Rica.  Back then, I had no idea that I would be here as long as I have. Originally I thought “I’ll just stay as long as things keep working”. Years later, and I guess since I am still here, things are still “working”! 

I am passionate about supportive and diverse communities. That is reflected in my teaching and in this entire program where I do my best to always make meaningful, enjoyable connections with my students and the people they bring along with them too. Every part of Speak More has come together through the hard work, passion and love of so many people that I am so proud to know!
